The first 4 meals this week are from Simply Cook. I have used them in the past and all the recipes I have had so far have been amazing. We also spent a little bit more this week because we treated ourselves to a bottle of gin. With the weather getting slightly better it is always nice to have a glass of gin and tonic to relax.
